August 8, 2011 – Regular Open Meeting 

The open meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm by Board President Brad Driskill. 

Agenda

The agenda was approved  with the addition of an executive session.

Minutes of July Meeting

The regular open and closed minutes from the July 11, 2011 meeting were approved.

Bills for Payment and Financial Report

August bills and financial reports were approved as presented.

Old Business

Possibilities for additional storage was discussed for the old kitchen area in the basement.

New Business

• The Board approved the Philosophy/Mission/Goals and the Food Services Evaluation.

• Dr. Akert reviewed preliminary MAP data with the Board.

Principal’s Report

The Board reviewed and discussed the Principal’s Report.

The Board adjourned from their regular meeting at 8:47 p.m. to go into closed session.
